When Bentley put together their pre-owned vehicle program, they prioritized what they wanted it to represent. They wanted to provide the same level of assurance and quality that would stand up to the Bentley name. Having been in business for so long, they knew there were desirable models of many different ages.

Bentleys heading into a life with a new owner are often eligible for the Bentley pre-owned Program.

The Program focuses on:

• Comprehensive Warranties

Complete Multi-Point Inspection

Each vehicle in the pre-owned program has been put through an intensive 154 multi-point inspection and rectification process that Bentley designed. Factory trained specialists carry out this inspection to make sure that each vehicle stands up to Bentley’s safety, appearance, and performance standards.

Comprehensive Warranties

The age of the vehicles in covered in the Pre-Owned Programme can be as young as four and as old as fifteen. The age varies depending on country. Bentley Certified Pre-Owned vehicles that are less than four years old are covered by a very comprehensive, high level, unlimited mileage warranty for one year.

Where applicable, this might be represented by any unexpired portion of the original new car warranty plus the Pre-Owned warranty.

Details of the warranty program are as follows:

• Cars that are between four and seven years of age are covered by a one-year, comprehensive, unlimited mileage warranty
• Cars that are between 7 and 15 years of age are covered by a one-year/unlimited mileage warranty
• Cars that are younger than seven years old have an option to extend their warranty by an additional twelve or twenty four months.

Comprehensive Roadside Assistance

All owners of a Bentley pre-owned certified vehicle have a full comprehensive roadside package included with their purchase that is valid for one full year. Included in this package are the following:

• Roadside recovery if vehicle is disabled
• Home Assistance when required
• Garaging and storage of the vehicle when necessary
• Travel costs reimbursement where applicable
• Accommodation reimbursement where applicable
• Car rental if needed
• Car repatriation

As Bentley’s are driven across the world, the program has had to adapt to changing conditions. Check with your local dealers for any additional changes that may have been made to the Roadside Assistance portion of the program.

Factory Authenticated Service History

All vehicles sold within the Pre-Owned Vehicle Programme are checked carefully against Bentley’s meticulously maintained vehicle history that is maintained at the Bentley factory in Crewe.

Bentley offers a Pre-Owned search engine on their website, where a consumer can plug in the particular variables of his choice and find out if there are any Pre-Owned Vehicles in the area.

Please note: Bentley, unlike some other manufactures, does not offer a three-day grace period after the purchase of the vehicle.
