my z28 shakes and viberates when accelarting, and will stop when you let off the accelerator

I have replaced the IAC valve, the throtle position sensor, Cleaned the throtle body, the fule pump runs good, no vacume leeks.  I was told that my EGR valve could be sticking is this possible.  Any help would be apreciated.
