when i start my (1997 sebring convertible) Hot or Cold. does not matter. the starter...(i believe) makes a rattleing sound like it is hitting teeth with the flywheel. you know the sound you get when the starter is just not getting the silinoid in fast enough ... well it is a sound like that.. and when the engine has started. the sound goes away.. ...
