I have replaced the radiator on my 92 lexus because of a leak. Now when I use the air it overheats. I replaced the thermostat and caps. Still it overheats... any suggestions?

Lately when I make left turns I hear what sounds like rubbing or chafing noises coming from the right rear of the car.  Can anyone tell me what would cause this, and how can I fix it?
