Recharging the A/C, but want to make sure there is plenty of oil in the compressor. Best way to do this? Any imput would be great!![:$]

Where's the Low Side Charge Port on 1997 Ford crown vic?

I've got a 2004 neon sxt it's not blowing cold air so I checked the charge of R-134, it's well above the normal psi. It's supposed to be 25-40 psi and its at 100-150psi. I know I'm on the low side because I double checked with the maintenance manual. Any help would be great thanks.

I have refrigerant and the car a/c won't cool.  The clutch is not stuck, we jumped the relay and the clutch engaged and the air worked.  What can be the problem? Help if you can.
