I replaced all still no blinkers anymore ideas

ight i found the flasher relay it controls both the flasher and the 4 way hazards. the hazards work and if its on the same relay wouldent it mean its not that??????/ This is realy puzzling me

also my acc fuse keeps blowing i think it is the cig lighter so ima diconcetct the lighter

i took out a black box wit the horn relay in it and its got that and a bigger black box plugged into it i took the black box to napa and they told me it was some sort of noise relay or somthing but not for the flashers. am i looking at the thing?

where is it in this car

I have a 88 camaro and the turn signals stoped working. the 4 way hazards work but not the turn signal. i checked the fuses there all fine. any help with this would be appreciated   thanks
