you wouldn't think ignition coils would trigger the ABS light but they do
you might want to go with the 130 amp cop car alternator

how long does it take your oil pressure gauge to show pressure when you try to start it?
is there a funny noise when the skip occurs ?
are you using motorcraft filters? if not, start !

sounds like a glow plug concern
you need to hook a test lamp to the relay and check for proper operation when cold

are you sure fuses 35, 36, 41 and 45 are good?
