I had an accident with my Audi A4 2005 cabriloet, the brakes failed and I had a frontal impact with a pickup at 15 mph. 4 weeks before I had my car checked at the repair shop due to a warning light of brakes and air bags as well as for a malfunctioning of the brakes.I was driving alone, driver's air bag did not deployed but passenger's air bag did deployed. Roll over bars ejected even with no attempt to roll. Audi sent their techniccian and stated that the car, the brakes are OK even they inspected at the body shop with out running the engine.
Is any of the above situations is normal? how can I support the manufacturer denial of the car performance at the accident? is this a defect or possible problem in this model?
