When put into drive, my 93 pathfinder won't go into gear when I begin acceleration. I have to manually put it into 1, then 2, then I can put it into drive and it will finally adjust into gear. Do you think I need an entirely new transmission or could this behavior be indicative of something far less? (hopefully) I've tried the easiest; putting in transmission fluid, but there's no change.
