I have an 03 Envoy with a major power steering problem. Steering humming on vehicle,have added fluid twice now. Took it in and mechaninic can't figure it out. The pump,lines and cooling system are all dry. Checked boots in front,says sometimes fluid will sit there,totally dry. Have no major leaks anywhere. What could be causing this problem?
