If water doesn't bead on the surface of the car when it rains or when you hose it down, it needs waxing badly. Even if you use a car-washing product that has wax in it, you must still give most vehicles a thorough waxing at least twice a year, in the spring and fall, to protect them from heavy weather. Nothing is more vital than a thorough wax job if you want to keep your vehicle rust-free and young-looking for years to come.
