I have a 1995 318is and lately it has quickly been moving over to the red light(overheating) point. There is anti-freeze in the radiator and I had a fresh oil change. I was jusy wondering what the problem may be?

I suspect a bad thermostat. If anyone has any other thoughts, I would appreciate input.
