I bought a Certified pre-owned 2007 M35 from an Infiniti dealer and the Navigation system does not work.  It is under warranty and the dealer has been working on the system and so far has not been able to fix it.  They are waiting on a switch now that has been on back order for almost 3 weeks.  I have owned the car for almost 3 months and they have had it almost 4 weeks working on the nav. system. They do furnish me with another Infiniti vehicle to drive while mine is in the shop.  I love driving the car but will enjoy it more when they finally figure out what the problem is with the nav. system.  Anyone else having issues or have had issues with their nav. systems?

Hi - I am about to buy a 07 certified M35 and have heard several people have problems with the navigation.  I know I probably won't even know how to work it when I test drive the car.  Some people have found that the antenna was installed upside down at the factory - but you would think with a certified car they would have found this by now!  Good luck with getting the problem fixed.  Did you get the "Elite" warranty, sometimes called a "wrap" warranty?  Good luck!!
