1994 5spd 3.0l stalling

my 94 will stall while driving at low or high speeds and i still have power to everything but wont imediately start back up i have to let it sit for a few and i will fire back up . i have taken it to a dealer and to other friends garages and no one seems to know what it is because it is speratic so if anyone could help i would be grateful

bad wiring at the amp meter???my 93 would "blink out" when it was raining,,I'd lose everything,,but it was so instantaneous that it would come right back on and keep going
