My 1996 Crown Vic has been sitting for 3 years and about once a month has been started up for a few minutes, i took it to the car wash and on the way back it stalled and won't restart, the battery is fully charged and has gas in the tank, is their anyway i can test the fuel system to see if that is the problem? or something else? thanks, Don
