'98 Seville stalling after highway run

My 1998 Seville SLS stalls at stop signs/lights after running on the freeway. It seems that I can drive around town at low speeds without problems when I stop, but after a freeway run at 55+ MPH, it stalls at the stop sign at the end of the ramp. Any ideas folks? Thank You

Re: '93 DEVILLE VERY LITTLE IF ANY HEAT?

I HAVE 1993 CADDY DEVILLE WITH 130,000 MILES. I HAVE VERY LITTLE HEAT COMING OUT OF THE SYSTEM AND THE ONLY PLACE I DO GET SLIGHTLY WARM AIR IS THE RIGHT DEFROST VENT. THE RADIATOR + THERMOSTAT ARE NEW AND WHEN I TURN ON ANY HEAT SOURCE I CAN HEAR THE BLOWER MOTOR COME ON, BUT I CANT FEEL A THING!.THE SERVICE AC LIGHT IS COMING ON INTERMITTENTLY ALSO. I DONT THINK ANY OF THE DOORS TO THE HEATING SYSTEM ARE OPERATING. ANYTHING YOU COULD SUGGEST  WOULD BE SO HELPFULL. ALSO THE HOSES GOING TO THE HEATER CORE ARE NICE AND HOT. DO YOU THINK THE PROBLEM IS IN THE CONRTOL SWITCH? THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR ANY HELP YOU MIGHT BE ABLE TO GIVE ME!                    YOUR'S TRULY COLD DAN.

I'm no mechanic, but when my heat was low on my 94 it was the heating coil

Could be due to vapor lock in fuel line. Heating up close to hot engine components or too close to exhaust system.

Re: '93 DEVILLE VERY LITTLE IF ANY HEAT?

Chances are that the heater control doors are not operating properly under the dash and not allowing the heat to enter the car. Could be they are stuck shut ( foam insulation form older systems can peel off ducts and bind the doors. Vacumn and/or electric door switches may be bad as well as vacumn lines ( also under dash ).
