Joseph Thelen accepted blame, but said, &amp;quot;the indentations are barley visible&amp;quot; and refused to reimburse me for the repair. So, it&amp;#39;s now my problem and at my cost. A long story short, I enjoy and own the Q7 4.2, but in a low volume auto market, like mid-Michigan, the Audi dealership service ineptness is too challenged to perform the service needed.
