The four way flashers come on by themselves and causes the battery to go dead. Dealership cannot find the problem any one else have this problem ?

I CANT FIND MY OBD SCANER PLUG TO PLUG IN MY SCANER.THEY SAID ANY OF 6 TO 8 PLACES,I'V LOOKED.NOT THERE!!!

i have a 1990 audi 80. its an automatic and it has fuel injecters and i want to switch it to a carborator. i need an 2 barrol, down draft,intake manifold for a 2.0, 4 cylinder engine. if you can help please email me at kristin_lesher@hotmail.com
