9186 Ford F150 351w with new high pressure pump. Turns over but will not start. Application of starter fluid induces it to run, but no indaication fuel is reaching the rails. I think it's possible that the fuel relay is the culprit, but I have no idea where it is and my Chiltons doesn't give me the location of it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also would like to know how Ford addressed the dual tank switching and location of the switching solenoid if any. Thanks in advance for your assistance.
