you'll need to find out "for sure" if you have spark or not.  No spark, it has to be electrical.  Bad ground, wrong plug wire to plug, few things to choose.  Spark, then first check firing order and make sure plug wires off cap go to correct cylinder.  Any parts store can tell you firing order and which cylinder is which (1-2-3-4....etc.) Next you'll need fuel.  No fuel, no run.  Try spraying starting fluid or small amounts of gas into intake and see if it will fire. Last is compression, even if you "lose" a cylinder, the motor should still fire.  My feeling is, if it run before, then it is probably electrical.  Spark, fuel, compression.  Good luck.
