I recently purchased the subject vehicle. It has high mileage 180k. The yellow oil warning light comes on after driving a short distance and goes off within 30 seconds. The oil level is fine. Any ideas why the warning lights comes on?

Where is the transmission bell housing? This is where the starter should be mounted.

Will it run good for another 100k or more without any big problems?I know they are good cars and acura's run for a long time but im just not sure if I should buy it or look for something else. please help!

There is not any store in my area ( upstate NY) that even comes close .

My 05 Liberty pulls the left when I accelerate an to the right when I decelerate, it is also squirrely when I go over a bump at over 40 mph. Has new tires and alignment.

1998 f-150 not going into 4wd

I just bought a 98 f-150 and it will not go into 4wd. It has the pushbutton controls. When you hit the button for 4 wd the piston at the front differential will not move. I think it's not getting vacuum to this cylinder( the cylinder has been replace). What would cause it not to work? Chris

Almost picked up our 2010 'BUT'

What would you do?

First the color was supposed to be dark blue it came a lighter blue than what we were supposed to get. Second there was a crack in the paint on the rear bumper cover and I think it may be into the plastic.My husband is happy with the color but the ground effects would look better with the dark blue.

Ok my question is do we deffer the car because of the crack or do we let them repaint it.If they repaint is it ok to ask to see the cover off the car and if they say no do I deffer.

The girl that PO'ed we when we first went there told us the car would be fixed in a day and I tend not to believe this.Any oppinions on this will sure help what would you do if you were in our shoes.

I guess your feet would hurt if you were in my husband shoes.

1994 jeep grand cherokee laredo wont start

My husband and I have a 94 cherokee that will not start. He was driving home from work and it died in the middle of the road. We have replaced the crankshaft position sensor, distributor cap, rotor bug, the ignition coil, and plugs/wires. We have also put a new battery on it. It was trying to start with starting fluid until we put in the new plugs/wires, dc, rb and battery now it will not fire at all. Does anyone have any suggestions on getting this thing running? If so please let us know.

'97 Jeep - coolant sensor and oxygen sensor

I have a 97 Jeep Grand Cherokee with fairly high mileage, but has been running fine. Lately the pannel has been saying the coolant sensor and oxygen sensors are bad, but usually doesn't stay on for more than 5 minutes. Also the vents don't work, at any speed, unless you are traveling at the same speed for a long period of time. Does anyone have any ideas on how this could be fixed...my husband would usually be the one to fix everything, but he is currently deployed to Iraq. Thank you.

New Mazda Miata paint

I recently purchased a 2008 Miata and discovered small areas in the paint (1/16" up to one at 1/4" in diameter) where a slight cloudiness had developed. The folks at the dealership said it was where moisture had gotten between a protective layer and the paint during shipping. They stuck it under a auto paint shops drying lights and some of the cloudiness went away. The color is copper mica red. There are mayb 20 very small areas remaining and they said there is nothing they can do except repaint, which I'm not going to do. A regional rep will be talking with me on this issue. Has anyone had this experience on their Mazda? Should I be concerned that rust/paint problems might develop after the 3 year warrenty is over? Zmiata

Hello everybody, I have a problem with my neon. The clutch cable broke when driving to work. I got the car home ok. I ordered a new cable from the dealer near me and installed it. When I went to test drive it, the clutch will not release enough to put it in gear. The part numbers on the old cable and new one are the same. Any clues??
