How hard is it to replace the outside mirror on a Saturn 2002 SL1 that has the manuel remote type mirror?

Abody shop wants $335.00 to fix the problem :-(

I guess that's too costly for mirror installation. If you are the handy-type person, you can do the  mirror replacement. It's simple just have to refer to a saturn repair manual to save your budget for the fix.

I hope you fixed your mirror inexpensively. If not replaced then you should go to automotivemirrors.com. I replaced the passenger side in February. My cost, including shipping, was @ $40.00. Installation is extremely simple. Do not throw anything away from the old mirror bedause you may need the screws. Time - 10 minutes.
