    there one place on top of the evaporator, but it won't except new r-134a freon. it's a 1999 b2500 se

    They sell kits to recharge an old system with new freon.  There's adapters that screw onto the old system and allow it to be bled or recharged.  If you follow the tubes out of the condenser, you should be able to find the other bleeder.  If you've replaced your condenser then you need to take it to a shop and have them charge the system for you.  At the very least, I've been told that the system should have a vacume on it when adding freon to it for the first time after a repair.
