The drivers light went out and has condensation inside.  The Acura dealer says I need a new headlight package which includes

bulbs and ignitor & ignator switch to the tune of $930. for parts and 210. for labor.  Am I getting ripped off.  This seems a

little high to me.  They say they have to removed the bumper to replace all this.

It's true that you may need to get a new headlight package since it looks like your light burned out because of the condensation. To prevent this from happening in the future, check for condensation every once in a while and see if any water is leaking in.
