1996 corsica serpentine belt

I cant figure out how to get the tension off of a 1996 serpentint belt to replace a alternator help please

there is a tension pully it is smooth it will move up, all the other pulleys have grooves this one is smooth there is a bolt in the middle if you put a socket on it you will be able to move it use the wrench it will move that will relaease the tension and you should be able to move the belt of you don't have to take the pully off.. just slip the belt of the pully put it on the same way it comes off...
