I replaced the temp senser..& fan switch..the fan itself is good-it comes on when I turn a/c on (which is what I do to bring down temperture to normal & then turn a/c off-after fan cools off motor) but fan doesn't come any other time..relay tests good & fuses are good..i'm stumped?..bad ground somewhere?

Did you purchase the vehicle used?  Someone may have messed with the wiring.  The radiator cooling fan should only kick on when the engine gets to a certain temp.  Such as when idling in line at drive thru in summer.  The cooling fan should not turn on when you hit the switch for the A/C.  These are two different fans.  However, your heater fan will help cool the engine temp down because of the air flowing through the heater core.  I own a 93 escort wagon with air.  So far I havent had trouble with cooling fan.  Possible wire cross?  Double check which fan is on when you hit "A/C button".  Also the engine has to get to the point of "heat" or "temp" for fan to go on anyway.  Hope this helps.
