"Easiest" way is to use a torch on motor mounts and snip wires. I don't think that is the answer you wanted though. Are you replacing, pulling out of a junk vehicle, or rebuilding? If you have some time and patience it shouldn't be any worse than any other. Front wheel drive or rear? if front probly easier to drop motor and trans out the bottom together. If rear, then pull motor out top without trans. Take things apart carefully and label EVERYTHING. Put nuts and bolts in baggies. Tape and label all electrical connections. Never hurts to purchase a "Haynes" book on the vehicle either. They usually show everything you want to know. Good luck.
