98 sebring 2.5 6cyl no spark, ok I put a new distrib, crank sensor, plug, wires, cap, rotor, every 10 time the car would not start, so I canged the distrib, and the problem went away for about 5 weeks, now it won't produce a spark to save it's like, so I exchanged the distrib, and still no spark. oh yea. I have a gray key, is the key bad, what could stop the spark in this car. it is driving me nuts

sounds like a bad ignition module you might wanna check your ignition fuse first

you have a thing called a ballast resistor,, it is between the powersource  and the distributer,, it regulates the spark to the distributer if It has gone bad you will get no spark  at all,, it might be that that has been going out or has failed completley,,  just letting you know of it not saying thats the problem.. and yes check fuses and relay's..
