after new plugs and wires below 35 degs throws a code at idel of multiple misfires or misfire at #2cly- in warmer temps no codes

Relating to the new plugs and wires, it could either be an inferior set of wires and/or plugs or it could even be incorrect gap of the spark plug. Since the problem started after the new plugs and wires, it is probably going to be in those. Try switching the #2 wire with another cylinder that has a similar length plug wire. If it's still in #2, try switching the spark plug with another cylinder. One of those should move the misfire then you've found your problem. If it stays in #2, you know it's not in the new plugs and wires. Possibly in the distributor cap and rotor or something unrelated altogether.
