How can I take off the anti theft bolt on my tire if I don't have the key...

How do I take off the anti theft bolt on my tire with out using the anti theft bolt key? I bought my car off an older lady and she said she lost it so I now have a flat tire and can't even put on my spare to get to the tire store I've called all the tire places and they all told me it would be pretty expensive to break it off and replace the stem. So if anyone has any idea how to get it off I'd greatly appreciate the advice thanks a lot guys!  ps. I have a 1997 Lincoln Continental.

you might get lucky with a pair of vice grips and a cheater pipe,, get the grips on nice and tight I mean really get them on then take some wire/ ducktape and wrap the handle,, then get a pipe like a fence post and put it over the handle,,  for leverage..  if you break it off  you can knock the stud out,, when you buy the new stud it will go in the hole from the back side of the hub/disk,, and has to be hit in so the teeth grab,,, when you impact the new lug on it will sink in,  you' will have to remove the drum/disk to replace the stud theny go in thru the back side, you'll see..
