I own an 02 dodge neon and the dashboard keeps going out (the odometer, speedometer, gas, temp gauges, etc)  In addition to this, when the dash goes out (and only when it goes out) my dome light inside the car won't work, the doors won't lock from the inside, and the gear shift lights don't work either.  It would quit working intermitently and now i think it's gone for good.  Any ideas?  I work at a dealership and they've checked the fuses and such.  They can't find the problem.  My dad changed some relays around and it was fine for months until yesterday.

Sounds like you have a short in the wiring somewhere.  I'd suggest checking all of the grounds to make sure they're connected firmly.  One of the major problems on the neon is that the ground wire mount points either strip or corrode and cause faulty grounds that can disrupt the electrical system.
