Can somebody please tell me why my 1993 Crown Vic makes a popping noise at random times, at low speeds, and most of the time when there is a passenger. Mechanics have done visual inspection, but can't figure it out. If somebody has had this happen, or knows what it is and how to fix it, please help. Thank you.
