I have a 2001 cadi deville dts with a single subwoofer in back window dash area .How do i get to the woofer to replace it?

In trunk under back window area is a plastic panel covered in felt carpeting. There are 2 screw nuts under the right and left sides that are counter sunk into the surface. can be loosend with fingers or pliers. Also across the facceing edge are 3 press in fasteners. Thes can be pulled out with pliers.
