I recently had my 2004 Cheyene's 80,000 mile check up, the tech told me that the timing chain was out of sequence causing a clicking noise inside the car. The timing chain is located at the back of the transmission instead of at the front. This requires droping the transmission. Therefore the cost would be $4000.00. Is this an accurate quote?
