how do i brace the torque arm so that i can remove the trans with out dropping the rear end

u take off the nuts 15mm off of the mount where it bolts to the trans then u take off the 13mm bolt on the little mount or brace   then remove the mount or brace then use a screwdriver to pop the torque up   just leave it there  then finish pulling out the trans
