Autoblog To Give Away A Dodge Nitro To Celebrate Site Redesign

As if a flashy new design wouldn’t help to attract new readers, giving 23 chances to win brand-new SUV never hurts to garner traffic for any blog.

As one of the most searched automotive blogs on the Web, Autoblog.com has teamed up with Dodge to celebrate the site’s updated design by giving away a 2007 Dodge Nitro R/T.

Similar to the very cars it covers, Autoblog received a redesign after three years. While there were no spy pictures of the site’s new design, readers found quite a new look when they opened the main page starting May 23, 2007. Since its launch in June 2004, Autoblog has covered all aspects of the automotive industry from auto shows to safety and regulatory issues to interesting one-off articles like the “eBay Find of the Day.”

The Nitro is Dodge’s latest SUV and features the aggressive styling that Dodge is known for. The R/T model comes with 20-inch wheels, a 260-horsepower, 4.0-liter V6 and Dodge’s MyGIG™ Multimedia Infotainment System. Said MyGIG™ system features 3D GPS navigation system, a 20 gigabyte hard disk drive, USB and AUX input jacks and supports JPEG/MP3/WMA formats. With the MSRP for the Nitro R/T starting at $26,275, the Autoblog contest is sure to get plenty of traffic.
