1. They broke the promised deal 2. They charge and illegal $600 extra just because it is a clunker and in the gov program it says DEALERSHIP CANNOT RAISE PRICE for cash for clunker program 3. Their rude and provided nothing during the 5 hour wait. 4. No appology 5. All sales man are in Baggy loose T-SHIRTS and jeans and tennis shoes !!! 6. They did not know the rules to Cash for Clunker 7. Did not answer my calls 8. TOOK MY INSURANCE PAPER and didn't give it back 9. WASTED 5 HOURS and having me sit in this damn cubical I left and went to Metro Honda in Montclair, it was night and day, people were nice and caring, professionally and well dressed, more selection. Staff at Metro Honda was shocked how Spreen Honda treated me.Never going back to Spreen Honda, just read complaints online on Spreen Honda its always about dishonest, RUDE, unethical practices.!!!

I had by far, my BEST car buying experience after 4 purchases in my life. This was my first purchase at Spreen Honda and I have to say it was pretty remarkable. They just do things differently, they are kind and friendly, everyone is happy, the atmosphere is fun yet calm as well, very unique dealership. I bought a 2010 CRV and it is the best vehicle I have owned, this was my first import purchase and unfortunately I have to say this vehicle is far superior to my previous chevys.Big thanks to Todd in Finance and Andrew my salesperson, they made it fun and thanks to the staff for announcing our names and applauding, letting my daughter hit the gong, wow that was loud, and great tacos too! Thank you Spreen Honda you have a client for life.

Spree Honda in Loma linda ca has the worst Customer service i ever f- met in my life, I told them my credict was bad went out there to see them and for two weeks in a roll they keep calling me to come and see them that they were going to work something out i finally went out there droved 45 minutes for f- nothing you guys are f- amazing 909-254-3029

I would never go back there again. I recently visit this car dealership and I feel like it was the worse customer service I ever had to deal with. What was interesting that sales people have been great, but the manager was very unkind, mean and ignorant. I end up not purchasing anything from them. If I can give you good advise- go to Honda in Moreno Valley!

Today, we found some documentation error that had unexplainable fees.(06/01/09). Basically, they offerd me 18750 T/L for the civic si and free LOJACK free $500 gascard. THis morning(06/01/09) we found an error on the contract. We went back to the dealer, which was 55 miles away from my home. On the contract, there was unexplainable $2300(incl. tax) fee that we did not notice when we signed the contract. Turns out that the dealer charged us 2300 dollars for LOJACK, which they promised for free, knowing that we may be gullible. It is our fault that we didnt have a close look at the contract. We pleaded on how they offered it for free, and THEY replied saying that it's on the document and they won't change it. So we asked for the information on LOJACK that they are charging us. The guy(Owner-GM) accused us of calling him a liar, because we asked for a written information. He told me to "GET THE **** OUT OF HERE WITH YOUR ******* FAMILY."

My Daughter just purchased a new Honda fit and is she ever happy. Spreen made it very easy for with a great deal and no hassling. From the salesman to the finance officer, she really enjoyed her car buying experiance. I highly recommed this dealer to everyone. Jon Keim

I found that when I had great credit and a down payment, they were extremely helpful, courteous and professional. However, a few years later I returned with a different story. Life was harder and my credit took a dive and I had relatively no down...they were rude, insensitive and arrogant. It doesn't take a PhD or 800 credit score to see the writing on the wall. When my credit improves and I save more to put down, I will drive past this dealership in my new vehicle...purchased elsewhere.
