I have had on-going issues with a Jaguar that I purchased at your Springfield location-no longer there. I had to go to W. Chester to request reimbursement for GAP insurance that I purchased. While ther on 4/4/09 I discussed with Dave in service all the outstanding & unresolved issues I have had since purchase August 31. The biggest issue is faulty brakes that I complained about on 9/6/09 after I had a pretty bad blow-out on lincoln drive. "6" days after purchase. They "shaved rotors" only. Brakes are dangerous. I faxed all of my paperwork to W. Chester on 4/8/09. I have yet to get a response from dealership regarding my issues.If I don not hear back shortly, I will notify Tenn. Corp. Headquarters. Saturn sold this car & need to take responsibility. M. Berni
