We purchased a certified used vehicle in October 2008. In June 2009, we tried using the A/C for the first time and it did not work. The dealership won't do anything about it because we didn't purchase the extended warranty. The cost to repair is over $700. We feel deceived because we bought the vehicle because it was "certified" which was supposed to mean they checked everything and it worked. We don't see how the air conditioning worked when they checked it, but when we get ready to use it for the first time it doesn't. Something's not right.
