My 2009 X5 had a flat tire after 12 weeks of ownership, I called the 800 number and it took 90 minutes to get a tow truck. I thought that it would require a tire change , but there was NO spare. They put it on a flat bed. and BMW said that a "handful" of X5's did not have a spare. i had to go home in a ford focus rental car. BMW made my car to order and the salesman told me there was a full sized spare and when I called the flat tire in, they said it had a full sized spare tire. WHERE IS MY SPARE TIRE?!! I am not a satisfied customer--my seat heater does not work and that is also on the list of repairs. OC BMW needs to do better!!
