My family was vacationing in nearby Pigeon Forge when I accidentally washed our ML350 key with the laundry and lost all programming with it. AAA towed the SUV to Mercedes of Knoxville and I was helped IMMENSELY by Darrell Fowler, in Parts, who helped get a new key overnighted from Texas (before the July 4th holiday weekend started the next day) and Gary Evans, in Service, who got the key programmed and my car ready to go within hours. I was very pleased with their attitude and professionalism. You're very lucky to have this caliber of people there in Knoxville. Gary also offered to help set up a rental car thru Enterprise, which also proved to be a very happy experience. The whole episode could've been a disaster, but thanks to these guys, our trip was only extended a bit. So, thank you to Mercedes of Knoxville....you've proven to be "The Star" on the front of the car! C. Wheeler (owner of a 1980 450SL since 1981, a 1998 E320, and a 2005 ML350....every one a GREAT car!)
