We bought a 2001 Jetta TDI from Lithia and it fell apart pretty much immediately. They lied about what had been done, including the timing belt. They botched multiple repairs, then refused to make good on any of it. Then the transmission died. Lithia VW are dishonest evil bastards who will screw you over as soon as look at you, from the repair techs on up to the regional management.
