The dealer ship only cares about the dealer ship. I wanted to buy aEX/V6 Optima but they didn't have one on the lot,so they look around but instead of telling me that they couldn't get one in they lead me to believe they could and i lost out on either 3500 or 4500 for the clunker trade in. Just because they wanted me to buy something off there lot. So even though i bought the Optima from them in 2004 i will never do business with them again and i hope that the people who read this fell the same way.
