I had a offer in writing for "out the door" cost of a new car. I drove through from Raleigh to buy the car and suddenly they added another $900 to the price without even mentioning this. When I noticed the figues were not right they made some weak excuse. I was kept waiting for about a hour (I think they hoped I would just go away!) before getting to see general manager. Lounge Lizard General Manager (Caeser) would not honor thier offer. I took my business elsewhere and would not ever do business with them again. I found Burlington Honda and Southpoint Honda in Durham both honest and trustworthy.
