Underplayed damage to a used car (on the showroom floor) that was revealed after the purchase- diminishing the resale value of the car significantly. Also misrepresented warranty details (length, max mileage) and later admitted (exact quote) that the car I bought should have "NEVER BEEN SOLD THROUGH THIS DEALERSHIP, BUT INSTEAD SHOULD HAVE BEEN WHOLESALED AS IS". Shame on you Holbert's. SHAME ON YOU!
