Nice looking place, serves great to calm the rage of getting ripped off. Had a check engine light on my 01 S60, diagnostic was $172... but none of that goes toward repair. Both Calabasis Volvo and Volvo of Los Angeles said they put the full cost of diagnostic towards repairs. The manager refused to budge on putting the diagnostic fee towards repair or to compete with the other local dealerships lower prices. So enjoy that free coffee because your gonna be paying for it in your repair bill.
