Purchased a used pickup in Aug. 09. Was told I would get a "new" disk for my in dash navi system. After 20 emails and an equal amount of phone calls, being bounced around from rep to rep and even the sales manager, I finally got my disk...one edition newer and four editions older than the latest out. I had to contact the owner of the dealership on multiple occasions just to get a response from his son and/or the 'sales manger'. I received the disk without a case wrapped in a sheet of notebook paper in a plain manila envelope (no padding) that was in the same envelope with another part for my truck. At one point was told that the disk was sent to the wrong address, then again it was on backorder, and then it finally came...with the incorrect zip code.
