I rarely use a dealership for service as in the past I have always had problems. I usually use the local shops. Courtesy Pontiac not only quoted a repair price, but advised it would take no longer than 1 day. Well, tomorrow will be day 3, price has increased $100 as the service person "forgot" to include a few items (computer programming of a key and programming of theft system). Wished I had used the local guy on this. Also service person was short, rude, etc. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!
