Read the article in newspaper today. You should be ashamed what you've done to these people with the clunkers. I would've taken my money back and gone someplace else. You car dealerships are sneaky and always will be. I'm glad this was in the newspaper and a number to file complaints. You deserve to get fined as high as $15,000 for each transaction you did this to for violation of federal rules. You are very shady & did not have to particpate in the clunkers rebates. You choose too. I hope your business suffers more now.

I have been hung up ontwice now.Once by Jamie ithefinance department and again today by a gentleman named Tom.My father purchased a vehiclefor my brother. My father lives in KY and my brother lives in IN.I'm almost sure thatthat's illegal but I know that it is immoral.I then talked to the general sales manager on duty and he said that he would get the paperwork back from KY and send it to IN. He never did.I then talked to Tom this afternoon and explained what was going on and he said I could call him tomorrow and he would see what is going on.I don't know what kind of business you have but when Tom took my number and then hung up on me, WRONG!! I am awaiting my attourney's reply as well as going tosend an email to all of the news stations.Guess what, you have a company that takesadvantage of the elderly, retired and the retarded consumers.Iwould find itveryinteresting to get aresponsefromMr.Clapphimself.My personal number is 502-299-3364andmynameisArthur.

I just watched an informercial for Clapp and all the cars that were named off not one price was given on any of them. Tells me you are charging an arm and a leg. Which means you won't get my business since you are afraid to give a price. So I'd rate you on a scale of 1 - 10 a -10
