This is by far the worst dealership that I have ever dealt with. I purchased a 2006 GTO from them and had it serviced there from day one. When I complained about a clunk in the front end at 18000 mi. they said they could reproduce it and found nothing wrong. After about a year I was fed up and looked for the clunk myself. It was as simple as jacking up the front end and shaking the front tire. It needed tie rod ends. I brought this to their attention and they said that it is out of warrany now (3 yrs) and I would have to pay for it. F@#k them, I'll go somewhere else. Now with this DEX-COOL thing going on, Don't you think they should have told me that the antifreeze needed to be flushed after 2 years, NO because ther are waiting for that to mess up my engine and cooling system so they can mak more money on that too. DONT TRUST THEM they are out to screw you!
